Meat is the main source of calories for most of the world's population. It is to them that we are full and saturated, which, in principle, is correct and useful. But the problem arises when it comes to feeding a person with an overweight of over 15 kg from the desired weight. Such people are very difficult to lose weight on a typical protein diet with a restriction of carbohydrates, if the protein menu assumes the consumption of meat.
To get rid of the simultaneous receipt of a large number of calories, in such cases apply a diet without meat - also low-carbohydrate, and also protein.
A balanced diet without meat can be called about 18 days. After this period, it is necessary to gradually return the meat to the diet, and if necessary, repeat the course of the diet in two months.

Let's start with what excites everyone - how to replace meat in a diet:

- hard cheese;

- natural yoghurt.
In addition, to fill the lack of animal protein, grains are always ready to help (especially, "protein" buckwheat), nuts, seeds. Menu diet without meat for weight loss can be easily compiled independently, adhering to two principles:
- ban on meat;
- ban on light carbohydrates (flour, sugar, sauces, mayonnaise).

Breakfast (before meals, every morning on an empty stomach should drink a glass of warm water):
- 200 g of low-fat cottage cheese, tea;
- hard boiled eggs 1 - 2 pcs., tea;
- 50 g of Adyghe cheese, tea / coffee;
- a portion of oatmeal on the water, with the addition of milk in the finished dish, tea;
- buckwheat (if necessary, you can add a spoonful of honey), tea / coffee.
Second breakfast (snack at work):
- natural yoghurt;
- 2 any fruit;
- grains of sprouted wheat;
- nuts - 50 g;

Lunches:
