Some eat each of the ingredients on their plates separately, others mix, not even suspecting that there is a separate group of snacks, which is a macaroni salad. Warm salad with pasta and ham

We cook the pasta until tender in salted water.

While macaroni are cooked, in a bowl we mix olive oil, mustard, chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Ham cut into cubes and let in a frying pan with tomatoes.

Paste the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package. Keep in mind that the finished paste should be slightly more solid, than you are accustomed to eat it, since it will absorb the juice from the salad. We wash the prepared paste and leave it to drain.

Shrimp the fried in olive oil without forgetting to season with salt and pepper. Also fry the chopped peppers and onions, until both vegetables are soft.

In a separate bowl, prepare the dressing for salad: mix olive oil, juice and lemon zest, pepper and salt and crushed garlic. Mix all the ingredients of the salad together and season with the sauce based on olive oil.
