When choosing and buying fish, it should be taken into account that wild fish, of course, is more useful than grown in artificial conditions, although the latter option is quite acceptable.

We marshify the cleaned and gutted fish, that is, we cut the meat along from both sides of the ridge. Fillet of salmon cut into pieces with a width of about 2-3 fingers (if there were bones - carefully remove). On the piece of foil we spread rarely, but evenly several leaves of greenery.

From above put a piece of fish, sprinkled with his spices and put on top a thin slice of lemon. We pack each piece in a separate bag and put these bags on a baking tray. We place the pan in the oven, already heated to a temperature of about 180 degrees C. Bake for 20-30 minutes. If you want to brown the fish, you need to interrupt the process approximately in the middle, unfold the foil bag, remove the lemon slices and return the baking sheet with the unfolded packets to the oven for the remainder of the time.

Pieces of ready-to-eat salmon, baked in the oven, carefully extracted from foil packets and laid out on a serving dish or serving plates. Make out fresh slices of lemon and greens.

Add the sliced ​​potatoes, chopped and stewed for about 8-10 minutes, then add the sweet pepper shredded with straw, add water and stew for another 8 to 12 minutes, covered with a lid, sometimes stirring with a spatula.

Ready-baked salmon is carefully laid out on an oblong (oval) serving dish, next we serve stewed vegetables. Or you can lay the vegetables on a serving plate together with slices of baked salmon.
