In the meantime, we sift the flour and gently pour in the milk mixture. Leave the spoon for 15 minutes and then introduce a chicken whipped egg separately. Add the melted butter and gently mix everything. Ready to put the dough on the flour-poured table, carefully knead it with hands and leave it for 20 minutes to "rest". Next, we divide it into small balls, form from each cake and put some jam in the center. Roll the workpieces into balls, put them in a mold and slip them with oil. We bake products for 25 minutes and sprinkle sweet sweet yeast buns before powdering with sugar powder or ground cinnamon.

Before making sweet buns from yeast dough, prepare the nuts: we clean their shells and grind them in a blender. Whisk the yolks with sugar, pour cognac, throw nuts, cinnamon, vanillin and gradually pour in milk. All carefully mix.
