The Swedish diet

The Swedish diet is a unique way to lose weight in a balanced, well-adapted diet, and very quickly: in one week you can lose just seven kilograms, and this without feelings of hunger and other troubles. However, the method is not good for thin men, who weigh about 50 kg, but for ladies weighing more than 65-70 kg.

The number of meals is the standard - three per day. The interval between meals is set by you, but it is better that it be the same.

First day

  1. Breakfast. Buckwheat with milk or separately drink a glass of milk.
  2. Dinner. 100 g low-fat cheese, lettuce (tomatoes, Bulgarian pepper, onion), a glass of milk.
  3. Dinner. 3 baked potatoes, salad from 200 g of boiled beets and sour cream, a piece of rye bread.

Second day

  1. Breakfast. Buckwheat with milk or separately from buckwheat drink a glass of milk.
  2. Dinner. 2 potatoes in a uniform, 250 g of fish in a boiled form, salad from greens with vegetable oil.
  3. Dinner. Portion of salad from cabbage with onions and olive oil, a pair of hard-boiled eggs, a glass of 2.5% fat content of milk.

The third day

  1. Breakfast. A glass of milk, a sandwich of bread and cheese.
  2. Dinner. 250 g of chicken (you can even fried), a salad of fresh vegetables, a glass of apple juice.
  3. Dinner. Mashed potatoes under a cheese crust, a piece of rye bread, a glass of milk.

Fourth day

  1. Breakfast. A glass of juice (apple), 2 toast, dried in a dry frying pan.
  2. Dinner. A piece of boiled meat with buckwheat, a large apple.
  3. Dinner. A little boiled rice, a salad of tomato and onions, a glass of milk.

Fifth day

  1. Breakfast. Orange and a glass of yogurt.
  2. Dinner. Mashed potatoes with cutlet and tea.
  3. Dinner. Orange, any fruit, a glass of apple juice.

Sixth day

  1. Breakfast. Buckwheat with milk.
  2. Dinner. Baked potato and a little boiled meat, a small apple and an orange.
  3. Dinner. A little boiled rice, a salad of cucumbers, cabbage and onions.

Seventh day

  1. Breakfast. A little boiled rice and a glass of warm milk.
  2. Dinner. Baked potato and the average portion of any fish, apple, orange, a glass of juice (orange).
  3. Dinner. Beef chop, vegetable salad (tomato, cucumber), apple, a piece of rye bread, a glass of apple juice.

Ideally, the meal time should be the same every day. It is better to distribute the food hour evenly: for example, breakfast at 9:00, lunch at 13:30, dinner at 18:00. Prohibited foods are all that are not listed in the diet.
