First we will prepare all the ingredients separately. We take cheese and rub it on a small grater. Eggs are broken into another bowl, add the mayonnaise and gently whisk. We put in the egg mixture grated cheese, flour, salt and pepper to taste. We mix everything thoroughly, our clay is ready. Now we take the tomatoes, mine, we fill with boiling water and carefully peel the peel from them. Flesh cut into rings about 1 cm wide. We put a frying pan on the stove, pour the vegetable oil and light it. Each circle of tomatoes is gently dipped in batter and fried in a frying pan on both sides. We put the tomatoes in batter on a beautiful dish and decorate with parsley sprigs.
