How to make ordinary buckwheat porridge an original and very tasty dish? In fact, everything is quite simple. It is enough to take the most common products that go well with buckwheat: carrots, cabbage, cheese, sour cream and butter, and bake in an oven or microwave.

Buckwheat sorted, washed, boiled until cooked in salted water and seasoned with butter. After that, we take a clay pot and lay the layers first with buckwheat, then pour the sour cream, then put the cheese-vegetable mixture.
