Buns with raisins in the multivark

Ingredients:

A little flour is bred with warm water, sprinkled with sugar, yeast and put the sponge in the heat. Raisins are washed, a little dried and sprinkled with flour. Now, from the remaining flour, eggs, melted margarine, diluted yeast, milk and raisins, mix the homogeneous dough. We divide it into 11 parts, we form buns and spread them into the bowl of multivarka, oiled with oil. We set the "Baking" mode on the device and mark it for 40 minutes.

Buns with cinnamon in the multivark

Milk warmed, pour dry yeast into it and stir until completely dissolved. In a separate deep plate, we rub the eggs with sugar, put the softened creamy oil and whisk everything a little. We sift the flour and with constant stirring pour it into the milk dough.

Now introduce a neat egg-oil mixture, pour the necessary amount of flour and knead the elastic dough. We transfer it into a bowl, we tighten it from above with a food film and leave it in the heat for about an hour. As soon as the dough increases several times, we knead it, divide it into identical parts, we give them the shape of balls and put them into a bowl of multivark oiled with oil.

Turn on the "Heating" mode and leave the saucepan with workpieces to go for 3 minutes, and then close the lid and wait another 15-20 minutes. Once again, the buns are greased with the remaining egg-and-oil mixture and generously sprinkled with ground cinnamon. Set the mode "Baking" for 40 minutes, and wait for the sound signal. Freshly baked baking is carefully extracted from the bowl and chilled on a steaming mold.

Buns in the multivark with jam

In warm water we brew dry yeast, pour sugar, pour out the vegetable oil and throw vanillin to taste. Gradually lay out all the flour, knead the dough and place its deep bowl. Cover with a towel and clean about an hour in a warm place to go. The finished dough is kneaded, divided into 8 parts and each rolled out with a flat cake. In the center lay out any berry jam, collect the edges of the flat cake to the center and properly tie, forming a round bun.

We lubricate the bowl of the multivark, post buns and leave them to rise again. Then we set the "Baking" mode on the device, close the lid and mark it for 55 minutes. After this, carefully turn them over using a steamer basket and cook until red. We serve lean buns for tea with any jam .

Buns with poppy seeds in a multivark

Chicken eggs are broken into a bowl, we throw sugar and whisk a few minutes. Then add vanillin, pour in the milk, throw dry yeast, put the melted margarine and pour in the flour. We knead the soft dough and put it in a warm place. Next, we turn to the preparation of the filling: mix the poppy seeds with sugar, pour milk, boil and cool. After that, we dough the dough, roll it into a layer, cover it with a filling and roll it with a roll. We cut it into small pieces, put it in the bowl for the multivark, press the "Heating" mode and wait for 30 minutes. Then turn on the "Bake" program, cook for 50 minutes, and then turn the buns on the other side and bake for another 20 minutes to bloom top.
