Fill the part of the dough with 2/3 mold, greased with butter (you can immediately work with 2 forms). Bake cakes in the oven for about 25 minutes (the optimum temperature is about 200 ° C). After turning off the fire immediately, the cakes from the oven can not be removed, let them reach at the slightly opened door for 15 minutes. We do not work immediately with cakes, let them "rest" for at least half an hour.

Now prepare the cream. Mix cocoa and sugar powder, add sour cream. You can also add a little bit of some thick fruit syrup or liquor - the taste of the cream will be supplemented with new interesting fruit notes. If you want the cream to freeze, include in its composition a little water gelatinous solution (about 5 g per 150 ml of lukewarm water, then strain). Vegetarians can replace gelatin with plant agar-agar, it should be two to three times more than gelatin.

We put the cake on a dish and abundantly cover it with cream. Sprinkle evenly with a layer of chopped nuts, we put the second cake on top, we also pour it over, cover it with cream, sprinkle with nuts and grated chocolate.

If the cakes are magnificent, they can be cut from the side each to two more thin cakes and build either a "four-story" cake, or two "two-story" cakes. Cake must be allowed to soak - for this we put him in the refrigerator for at least an hour at 3.
