Delicious wafers can become a delicious breakfast for every day, which, moreover, is quickly prepared, especially if you prepare the dough from the evening. Unfortunately, not one of these recipes is feasible without a waffle iron. It will fit like the most fashionable electric waffle iron , and a simple cast-iron, which for sure has been lying around for many since Soviet times.
The recipe for chocolate wafers
Ingredients:
- flour - 1 ½ tablespoons;
- powder for baking - 3 teaspoons;
- salt - 1/2 tsp;
- sugar - half a century;
- cocoa powder - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- milk - 1 item;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- butter - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- vanilla extract.
Preparation
Flour sifted with powder for baking, add salt, sugar and cocoa powder. Separately beat eggs with milk and 4 tablespoons melted butter. Gradually pour liquid ingredients to dry, knead a thick and uniform dough. If desired, you can add a little vanilla extract.
Lubricate the waffle iron with vegetable oil and heat it. We pour 1-2 tablespoons of dough into the center of the device and cover with the second half. Fry the wafers to a golden color and serve with honey, syrup, or powdered sugar.
Wafers with chocolate filling
Ingredients:
- dough for wafers (see previous recipe);
- cream - 100 ml;
- white chocolate - 200 g;
- orange peel 1.
Preparation
We prepare wafers as well as in the previous recipe, but now, while the waffles are hot, we fold them with a tube.
For the filling in a water bath, melt the white chocolate and mix it with the cream. The resulting mass is supplemented with orange peel. Also for flavor, you can add a couple drops of orange liqueur. Let the chocolate mass cool slightly and pour it into a confectioner's bag, or a simple tight package. With the help of a bag, fill with chocolate wafer tubes and serve them to the table.
Chocolate wafers with hazelnuts
Ingredients:
- flour - 1 1/3 of the article;
- cocoa powder - 2/3;
- Purified hazelnuts - 1/3 of a century;
- powder for baking - 1 ½ tsp;
- soda - 1/2 teaspoon;
- salt - 1/2 tsp;
- sugar - 3/4;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- butter - 6 tbsp. spoons;
- sour cream - 1/3 tbsp.
Preparation
Nuts are ground into crumbs. Mix the nut crumb with flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cocoa. We mix everything together.
Separately beat eggs with sugar and sour cream. We add 3/4 art. warm water and pour the egg mixture to dry ingredients. Mix the homogeneous dough and pour it into the waffle iron. Fry homemade waffles until ready and serve hot.
