  1. First day :

    • 18:00 - a glass of any vegetable puree with milk, a glass of tea without sugar;
    • 21:00 - a glass of grated boiled carrots.
  3. The third day :
    • 9:00 - a glass of porridge with skim milk (except for those listed above, you can also buckwheat), a glass of vegetable broth;
    • 12:00 - salad from vegetables (boiled and fresh), one piece of dried bread;
    • 15:00 - thick vegetable soup with croup and mushrooms (you can mushroom soup);
    • 18:00 - any vegetable stew;
    • 21:00 - salad of fresh vegetables, a slice of bread and a slice of cheese.

If you adhere exactly to the suggested menu of getting out of the liquid diet, your body will easily adapt to the new restructuring and will allow you to avoid possible problems with the intestines.

This diet is not recommended for everyone: if you have a problem with the kidneys or liver, it is important to consult a doctor before applying it.
