The less you eat meat products, the greater will be the effect of losing weight: they have a lot of fat, and weight loss is due to the restriction of carbohydrates and fats. In the strict version of the diet, they are completely forbidden. If you still eat them, try to do it in the morning, in order to have time to spend calories in an active time.

Diet for meat lovers involves a split meal - portions should be small, and you need to eat 4-6 times a day. The approximate menu of the meat diet for the day will look like this:

  1. Breakfast : a couple of eggs and a salad of fresh vegetables.
  2. Second breakfast : green tea without sugar, servings of vegetable salad.
