Meat zrazy with mushrooms

Zrazy with their appearance is very similar to ordinary cutlets, especially if they are meat. But only after biting off a piece you will be pleasantly surprised, since zrazes, unlike cutlets, are not just made from solid minced meat, but have a delicious filling inside. We pass on a small sieve meat mincers fresh lard with garlic, peeled potatoes, water-soaked bread. We change the sieve to a larger one and skip meat of two kinds (beef, pork) with onions.

All the ingredients are peppered and sprinkled with salt. Add the raw egg, separated from the shell and mix all minced meat until homogeneity.

In salted water about 15 minutes we boil oyster mushrooms. Cool, cut and fry it in vegetable oil. Boiled eggs are random, but finely chopped and combined with cooled mushrooms. We take a grater with large holes and rub it with frozen butter, which we put into eggs with mushrooms and mix everything together.

We pluck a bit of minced meat and from it we form a lozenge directly on the palm, inside which we impose our stuffing and close it, joining together the edges of the flat cake. In breadcrumbs for breading, we roll the resulting zrazy and put them into the already smoking oil in a frying pan. For seven minutes, fry on both sides and get meat zrazy with a juicy filling of fragrant mushrooms and eggs.

On a small sieve grinder we skip the bread soaked in milk (do not wring too much), peeled onion, garlic and combine everything with the prepared stuffing. Add to this mixture egg, mayonnaise, mango, sprinkled with pepper, salt and stir everything in the cold for an hour.

Each mushroom is cut into 6-8 lobules and fry them all in vegetable oil. Through a grater with the largest holes we rub all the cheese and divide it into two parts, one of which we combine and mix with the cooled mushrooms.

We take a little mince and ladoshkami thinly form it in the form of pancakes and we have in the center of the filling. We close the edges, leaving the filling inside, crumble in a mixture of flour and breadcrumbs and put them on an oiled baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes in the oven at 185 degrees, then take out zrazy, sprinkle them with the remaining cheese and again in the oven for 15 minutes.
