Twist meat and bread into a meat grinder. Peel the onions and garlic, grate. Stir everything together and add the egg salt and pepper.

Beat mincemeat on the table. After moistening your hands, form meatballs, pour in flour and fry in a pan until golden crust. Do not cover the frying pan, otherwise the meatballs may fall apart. The frying pan must be preheated with sunflower oil.

When ready, put the meatballs in the cauldron. Stir the flour in water until all the lumps leave. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper. Stir all the liquid and pour into the casserole with meatballs. You can add a bay leaf to taste.

You send the cauldron to the oven for 15-20 minutes.
