We give the dough to go for an hour, and then spread it on the table, sprinkled with flour, and knead a few minutes. Then divide it into 4 parts and roll each into a bun. We lay out the blanks on an oiled baking sheet, in each lump we make the incisions with a knife, sprinkle with flour and leave for 1 hour to distance. Then we smear the surface with milk, so that a glossy crust appears on the bread. We bake the loaves for 40 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees. Carefully shift the hot bread to the board and cool, covering with a towel.
