This method of making sausages in an oven test is the simplest and less laborious. For its implementation, it is enough to clean your favorite sausages and defrost the puff pastry. Roll out the last one until the formation of a thickness of at least three millimeters and cut it into strips with a width of about three to four centimeters.

Now we wind the strip of dough for sausage, trying each lap to overlap the previous one, and we have the blanks on the baking sheet, having lined it in advance with an additional parchment sheet.

It remains only to bake the products in the oven. To do this, we will initially heat it to 220 degrees and after five minutes, reduce the heat to 180 degrees and continue baking sausages in the dough for another fifteen minutes.

Dough for sausages can be kneaded with hands or use for this purpose a bread maker. In any case, we initially connect water or milk with sunflower oil, add salt and sugar, sifted with a baking powder, and make batch, if necessary, pouring in small amounts of flour.

Now, on a flour-dusted table, roll out the flour pan to form a layer about seven millimeters thick, cut it into strips and wrap it around a spiral a bit overlapping the pre-cleaned sausages. We then dispose of the billet on a baking sheet, cover it with a slightly beaten egg and send it to the heated oven for baking. It must first be heated to 200 degrees. In twenty-five minutes the sausages will brown and take care. We take them out on a dish and leave them under a towel for about ten minutes so that they become soft.

If you add 20-25 grams of fresh yeast to the warm water in the dough and add it to the warm water in the dough, and let it stay in the heat for about an hour, then start decorating the dish, then the products will turn out to be more lush, airy and soft, but already yeast.

We clean the sausages, and the flaky finished dough is thawed, rolled out a little, but not thinner than three millimeters, after which we cut it into portion strips.

Along each sausage we make a longitudinal cut, which we must fill with grated cheese. Its quantity can be adjusted according to your taste and desire. Now wrap it in the form of a spiral overlap each sausage with cheese strip of puff pastry and lay the workpiece on a baking sheet, which must be pre-sheeted with a sheet of parchment paper.

Now, beat a little chicken egg, smear the surface of the eggs with the egg mass, tear it slightly or generously (if desired) with sesame seeds and send it to bake.
