English diet

"Protein days"

During the two protein days of the English diet, your diet will look like this:

breakfast - a cup of coffee with milk, half a teaspoon of butter, half a teaspoon of honey and a slice of black bread;

dinner - a small plate of fish or meat broth (250 g), a piece of boiled fish, the size of your palm, black bread;

mid - morning snack - a glass of milk and a half teaspoon of honey;

dinner - two boiled eggs, cheese (50 g), a glass of kefir (50 g), black bread.

"Vegetable days"

These days we eat only vegetables and fruits:

breakfast - some apples or oranges;

lunch - soup from vegetables (200 g), carrot salad (200 g);

afternoon snack - the same as breakfast;

dinner - a salad of vegetables (cabbage, beets, carrots) seasoned with sunflower or olive oil.

This menu can be diversified by other products from the list below.

Vegetables - carrots, beets, eggplants, bell peppers, cabbage, onions, parsley, asparagus.

Fruits - apples, oranges, bananas, kiwi, grapes, lemons.

Cereals - oatmeal, buckwheat, brown rice.

Greenery - mint, basil.

Spices - black pepper, cinnamon.

On the 21st day of the English diet, you will feel that you have not only lost weight, but you are younger! Also you will improve skin condition and complexion. This diet normalizes blood pressure, lowers cholesterol, and normalizes blood sugar.
