Vegetable soup, cooked on chicken broth - an excellent dietary and light dish for every day. It is prepared very quickly and easily, but it turns out to be incredibly useful and tasty.
Vegetable soup on chicken broth in a multivark
Ingredients:
- chicken broth - 2 l;
- potatoes - 5 pcs .;
- Bulgarian pepper - 2 pieces;
- tomato puree - 1 item;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- bulb - 1 piece;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- fresh greens - 1 bunch;
- spice.
Preparation
Potatoes are cleaned, washed, cut into cubes and thrown into the bowl of multivarkers. Carrots are peeled, rubbed on the gratings or shredded straws. Bulgarian pepper is processed, we extract seeds and chop it in small slices. Then we add all the prepared vegetables to the potatoes, we spread there the crushed luchok, spices and fill everything with ready-made chicken broth.
Now put the tank in the multivark, set the device on the "Soup" mode and turn on the timer for about 40 minutes. Press the "Start" button and cook the dish until it is ready. Approximately 10 minutes before the end of cooking, open carefully the cover of the multivark and add tomato puree and fresh herbs.

We put the pan on the fire, wait for the contents to boil, add salt to taste and cook for another 10-15 minutes. Then we clean the potatoes, cut it into small cubes and put it into the soup with chicken meat. Then we put a little tomato paste at will, and 15 minutes before the end of cooking throw a finely diced squash. Ready-made light vegetable soup on chicken broth is poured into plates and served on a table with cold sour cream and fresh herbs.
