Prepare cheesecake base by combining cookie crumbs and melted butter together. Rinse the finished mixture on the bottom of the selected shape. Peel bananas and whip the mashed potatoes with cottage cheese and yogurt. Turn the eggs and sugar into a foam, add the foam to the curd-banana mass. Add flour and mix with vanilla extract. Distribute the curd mixture over the cake of pastry and put everything in the oven for half an hour at 180 degrees. Before dicing and cutting, the dessert should be completely cooled.

Combine both types of flour with each other and add cinnamon with a baking powder. Stir thoroughly, pour the egg yogurt and banana puree with milk. Mix the homogeneous dough and distribute it in an oiled baking tray. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Still not cooled down the cake can be soaked with syrup, and after cooling, cover with cream based on sour cream or cream cheese.

For the cakes you need to turn ripe bananas into puree. Beat the softened butter with granulated sugar in a lush whitish cream, add to it a puree of bananas, eggs, one by one, condensed milk, milk, coffee and chocolate chips, without stopping whipping. Separately connect the remaining dry constituents and add them to the mixture. Fill the three 20-cm baking dish and place in the oven at 180 degrees for half an hour. Completely cool the finished cakes.

Beat the softened butter with the rest of the ingredients on the list in order to prepare the cream.

For ganache fill the crumbled chocolate with hot fat cream, leave for half a minute and mix.

Each of the cooled cakes grease with a layer of coffee cream, and decorate the top with ganache and pieces of bananas.
