Cake with cherry and mascarpone

Light mascarpone cheese is the basis of a large number of various desserts. Thanks to its airy texture, this cheese is able to supplement a wide variety of desserts, acting as a cream or mousse and easily combining with a wide range of supplements. Recipe for chocolate cake with mascarpone and cherry

If you did not have to cook desserts with mascarpone as one of the main ingredients, then it's best to start with the classics - a combination of cream, chocolate and berries.

Preparation

Separate egg whites and whip them into a foam. Yolks mash white with sugar and vanilla. Add to the yolks the dry ingredients combined together, and then gently combine the resulting mass of lush proteins. Bake everything for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Leaf gelatin leave to swell, fill with water, and then squeeze lightly. Melt the sheets on low heat. Quickly mash mascarpone with cottage cheese. Separately whip the cream until firm peaks. Combine the cream with the cheese curd and mix everything with the melted gelatin.

Cut the biscuit in half and pour both halves of the kirsch, cover them with cream and put them together. The top decorate with cherries and pour the syrup, in which they were mothballed. The cake with mascarpone cheese and cherries is left in the refrigerator for two hours, and then served.

The finished dough is spread in the form and bake for half an hour at 180 degrees. Cool the biscuit and cover with a layer of cherries in syrup. On top, distribute the cream, prepared from mixed whipped cream with cheese and sugar. If desired, decorate a biscuit cake with mascarpone and cherry chocolate chips.
