Cold radish soup
It takes very little time to prepare cold soups, so you can forget about the long hours spent in the kitchen.
Ingredients:
- radish - 1 piece;
- bread kvass - 1 l;
- potatoes - 2 pieces;
- eggs - 4 pieces;
- sour cream - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- green onions - a bunch;
- parsley, dill and salt to taste.
Preparation
Eggs and potatoes boil. Radish clean, wash and chop straw. With the potatoes, remove the skin and cut it into cubes. Eggs, greens and green onions, too, finely chop. Fold all ingredients in a saucepan, pour kvass, salt and spill soup on plates, adding sour cream to it.
Cold soup with cucumber
Ingredients:
- cucumbers - 1 kg;
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc .;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- crumbs of white bread - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- vegetable broth - 1,5 items;
- green onions - a bunch;
- salt to taste.
Preparation
Pepper and cleanse seeds. With cucumbers, remove the skins. Cut the vegetables into small cubes. Garlic let through the press, and peel onion and finely chop. Cucumber, onion and pepper mix and divide the mixture in half. One part whip in a blender with 1 tbsp. broth, and the other - mix with bread crumbs.
Fold all this in a saucepan, pour the remaining broth, add the garlic, salt, mix everything and taste your soup.
Korean cold soup
The recipe for cold Korean soup "Kuk-si" is very simple, and the dish turns rich and original.
Ingredients:
- beef - 300 g;
- rice noodles - 200 g;
- tomato - 2 pcs .;
- cucumber - 2 pieces;
- radish - 5-6 pieces;
- cabbage - 200 g;
- greens, celery to taste;
- onion - 1 piece;
- garlic - 1-2 cloves;
- sesame and vegetable oil;
- vinegar and soy sauce to taste.
Preparation
From eggs make an omelet and cut it into strips. Meat cook and chop (do not pour the broth). Cut cabbage, pour vinegar and fry in vegetable oil. Tomatoes grate, cucumber, radish, celery cut into thin slices. Greens, onion and garlic chop. Sprinkle all the vegetables with vinegar.
Cook noodles, rinse and add sesame oil. In meat broth, add a little bit of soy sauce. In a saucepan add the noodles, meat, scrambled eggs, vegetables and greens, and fill it with broth. Your soup is ready.
