When the crust is formed, we remove the meat from the frying pan, we lay it on the baking sheet covered with foil, pour the remainder of the marinade on top and wrap it with foil. In the oven, bake the turkey for about half an hour. Then remove the foil and let the meat brown for another 10 minutes.

We prepare the sauce: in a small dry saucepan add sugar and, stirring, melt it on a small fire. The shade of the melted sugar should be close to golden. Cowberry and cranberries are washed (you can also use frozen berries), peel the orange from the peel. From half a lemon and an orange we squeeze out juice. In a saucepan with melted sugar pour berries, grated orange peel, pour in the juice of orange and lemon, as well as dry red wine. Bring it all together to a boil and boil for 15 minutes before thickening.
