Diet: rice, chicken, vegetables

Today, very popular combinations of different mono diets that do not allow the body to experience an acute shortage of protein, carbohydrates or fats, and at the same time, cleanse the intestines, causing the body to consume fat deposits.

One of these diets is based on rice, chicken and vegetables. Duration of the diet is 9 days, for which you will lose 4.5 to 9 kilograms, for each product you have 3 days each.

Days 1 -3 - Rice:

Every day, eat this portion of rice, dividing it into 5 to 6 meals. In parallel, you should drink 2 - 2.5 liters of water and eat 3 tsp. honey, washing them with water.

Days 4 - 6 - chicken:

Water and honey remain in force. Every day should eat one chicken.

Days 7 - 9 - vegetables:

Do not forget about honey with water.

Rice and tomato juice

There is also a variation of a three-day diet with rice and tomato juice.

On the first day we eat a glass of rice cooked by analogy with the rules of the previous diet. In addition, for a day we drink 4 glasses of tomato juice and 1.5 liters of water.

On the second day we drink 1.5 liters of tomato juice, we eat 1 tbsp. boiled rice for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

On the third day, rice is no longer eaten. We limit ourselves to only 2 liters of tomato juice and water without restrictions.

These are strict diets, which should not be resorted to every month after each feast or before each release. Ideally, they are designed to cleanse and prepare the body for a long diet or transition to a healthy, balanced diet .
