Honey-mustard dressing for salad
Mustard refills are very easily damaged due to the high content of flavonoids in mustard grains (by the way, it is due to them mustard and spicy), so you can safely prepare a can of such salad dressing and use it for a week. And no artificial preservatives!
Ingredients:
- whole-grain mustard - 1/4 tbsp .;
- flower honey - 1/4 of a century;
- shallots - 1 piece;
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- wine vinegar - 1 1/2 tbsp. spoons;
- salt.
Preparation
Chop the shallots with a blender. To the resulting gruel add honey, mustard and vinegar with mayonnaise. Thoroughly beat the dressing to homogeneity, after which season it with salt to taste.
Orange-mustard dressing
Orange always brings a bit of freshness to the dish. Slices of this citrus can be thrown in the salad itself, and you can make it even easier by preparing an orange-mustard dressing, which is convenient to store in the refrigerator.
Ingredients:
- balsamic vinegar - half a century;
- olive oil - 2/3 of the item;
- juice of 1 orange;
- orange peel - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- grain mustard - 2 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
In a small bowl, whisk balsamic vinegar with butter, orange juice, orange peel and mustard with whisk. Once the sauce becomes homogeneous - you can serve it to the table.
Recipe for mustard dressing for salad
Soft yogurt dressing can be an excellent substitute for high-calorie mayonnaise or sour cream sauce. Try to make a fresh vegetable salad with this sauce and see for yourself.

- yoghurt - 1/3 of a century;
- red wine vinegar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- olive oil -1 tbsp. a spoon;
- mustard - 1 teaspoon;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Whisk the natural yogurt without flavor additives with butter and vinegar until homogeneity. In the resulting sauce, add mustard, as well as salt and pepper to taste.
Honey-mustard dressing with nuts
Ingredients:
- ground almonds - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- olive oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- orange juice - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- water - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- mustard - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- honey - 1/2 tbsp. spoons;
- salt - to taste;
- garlic - 1/2 tsp.
Preparation
Grind almonds or almond oil in the bowl of the blender, along with water, mustard, honey and olive oil. Garlic is passed through the press and the resulting puree is also added to the remaining ingredients of the dressing. Whisk everything in a blender until homogeneous, and then season with salt to taste.
The ready-to-use refueling can be poured into a jar and stored in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
Mustard dressing with cranberries
We have already mentioned more than once how well mustard is combined with fruits and berries in sauces, another confirmation of this fact is the following recipe.
Ingredients:
- cranberry sauce - 1/4;
- Dijon mustard - 1/4 of the item;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- rice vinegar - 1/4 of the item;
- apple cider vinegar - 1/4 c .;
- peanut butter - 1/4 of a century;
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Preparation
Cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, garlic, rice and apple cider vinegar are placed in a blender. Whisk all the ingredients until smooth for about 30 seconds, then add peanut and vegetable oil, and then again whip the dressing for another minute. Ready sauce should have a thick and creamy consistency. Before serving it should be cooled.
