Usually, no one bakes pancakes from rye flour purposefully. Typically, such dishes appear on our table only if the hand was not the usual wheat flour. And in vain, because the rye pancakes themselves turn out to be more gentle, they are easier to remove from the frying pan, they have a sweetish taste and an attractive golden hue.

Homemade kefir (preferably with a low fat content) is mixed with milk. Separately whisk both eggs with yolk and mix it with yogurt. Both types of flour are sieved, mixed with salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar and gradually pouring to the kefir mixture, knead the dough.

In a frying pan, melt 1/2 teaspoon of butter and fry the dough on both sides. So, every time spreading a new portion of oil in the pan, fry all the dough. Rye pancakes on kefir grease with the remains of oil, sprinkle with sugar and serve it to the table.

Sift both kinds of flour and mix them with salt and cocoa powder. Separately beat eggs, milk and honey. In a container with liquid ingredients, add soda, and in the flour mixture - baking powder. Gradually add the milk to the dry ingredients, knead a thick dough, in a consistency resembling sour cream. Let's leave the ready dough for about 10 minutes, then proceed to roasting the pancakes.

In a frying pan, warm up a small portion of butter and fry it a portion of dough (about a quarter cup) for a couple of minutes on each side. Finished pancakes sprinkle with grated chocolate and pour over syrup or honey.

Pancake on rye flour with egg and salmon

Let the dough cool in the fridge for 1 hour, then warm up the frying pan and fry the portions of pancakes on both sides to golden brown.

Fried pancakes spread on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, bake a ring of slices of salmon in the center and drive the egg.
