Raw carcasses thoroughly washed and cleaned from film. Zucchini and carrots are processed, shredded straws, and chop the garlic with a knife. All the vegetables are thoroughly mixed in a bowl, add the peeled shrimps and pour out the grated cheese. The resulting stuffing fill the carcasses of squid and fix the open end with a toothpick. To prepare the sauce, the cream is combined with sour cream and cheese. We put the billets on a baking tray, pour the cream mixture and bake stuffed squid in sour cream sauce in the oven for no more than 10 minutes.

So, first, let's get down to cooking rice: rinse it and boil until cooked in salted water. Then we throw it into the colander and leave it to cool down. Processed carrots finely shred. Apples are rinsed, soaked with a towel, cut into cubes and sprinkled with lemon juice. The bulb is cleaned, crushed and soaked for 10 minutes in warm water. Squid washed thoroughly, remove the film and leave in its entirety. To prepare the filling, put carrots into the pan, add a little oil and pass it for 3 minutes. We pour a little water and stew until half cooked. After that, we connect the carrots with apples, add salt and season with seasonings. Again, send the mass into a pan and tumble it until it is ready. Mince cool, pour rice into it and break a raw chicken egg. All mixed and set aside.

Now let's make you sauce for the dish: in the oil fry the onion, sprinkle it with flour and lightly brown on medium heat. Then pour in a little broth, put sour cream and bring the mixture to boil. Next, we take the prepared carcasses, fill them with stuffing and fix the edges with a toothpick. We shift the workpieces into a baking dish, pour the sauce and send it to the oven for 10 minutes, preheated in advance to 160 degrees. We serve the dish in a hot form, sprinkled with crushed herbs from above.

We fill a small pot with water, boil it, throw a pinch of salt and lower the squid carcasses. After 2 minutes take them out of the boiling water and put on a plate, for cooling. Rice boil until ready. Mushrooms are processed, Chop a little and pass in a small amount of butter. A piece of cheese rubbed on a small griddle. Now mix in a deep bowl of boiled rice, mushrooms, green peas and half a portion of grated cheese. We add a clove of garlic squeezed through the press and mix everything thoroughly. After that, fill each carcass with stuffing, put them into a heat-resistant form and sprinkle with the remains of cheese. Bake stuffed squid in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes. The temperature is set approximately 170 degrees. We serve the ready-made dish in a hot form, decorating with greens and fresh vegetables at your discretion.
