Stuffed zucchini, baked in the oven

Original and tasty can be prepared with stuffed young zucchini , baked in the oven. This dish is quite appropriate on the family table for lunch or dinner, both on weekends and weekdays.

Finely chopped onions and mushrooms are wessed in a frying pan in oil, we reduce the fire and slightly bluff (within 5-12 minutes). We combine the onion-mushroom passerovka with boiled rice, chopped sweet pepper and rubbed on a large grater pulp of pumpkin. Add spices, slightly add salt and mix. Fill this stuffing halves of courgettes and put them on a baking tray. Bake at medium temperature (about 180 degrees C) for 25-30 minutes.

Pumpkin will give this dish a special taste, although if you do not like pumpkin, you can replace it with carrots. In this case, the carrots should be added to the onion-mushroom sauce and lightly fried together with onions and mushrooms.
