Let's start making a cake with a custard batter . In a water bath, melt margarine, or butter, add water to it, and then sifted flour and salt. The flour is thoroughly mixed and we wait until the dough is brewed, that is, it will cling to one lump.

The brewed dough is placed in a deep plate and one by one we introduce eggs, constantly mixing the mass so that they do not fold. It is easier to initially whip up all the eggs at once and then add them portionwise to the dough.

We put the finished dough into a confectionery bag with a jagged tip and with it we form rings for baking pastry on baking parchment. We bake rings for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.

While the rings are baked, let's make a cream in a bowl and beat the wiped fat cottage cheese with sugar powder and soft butter. To the cream, add a little condensed milk and again carefully mix.

Split the brews in half and use a pastry bag to spread the cream into the center. The cake "Dream" with the curd cream is ready, it remains to sprinkle it with sugar powder before serving.

Beat the condensed milk with a soft butter and gradually introduce the egg into the mixture. Soda is quenched with lemon juice and added to the dough. Flour sift and pour out to the liquid ingredients.

The dough is distributed on a baking tray and cooked in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. The corn is cooled and cut into rings, the remains are ground into crumb with a blender.
