Day 3: 2 cups (250 g) 1% kefir, cottage cheese up to 5% fat (200 g).

Day 4: 2 cups (250 g) 1% kefir, 500 g boiled chicken breast without skin (with a minimum amount of salt and spices).

Day 5: 2 cups (250 g) 1% kefir, 1 kg apples (or 300 g prunes - for those who suffer from constipation this option is preferable).

Day 6: 4 cups (250 g each) 1% kefir.

Day 7: a liter of mineral water, preferably without gas.

Do not forget that you can mitigate such a diet by adding a glass of green tea to each meal. Hot tea gives a feeling of satiety and makes it easier to transfer the diet to the Valley for 1 week.

Diet Valley for 2 weeks

There is a second variant of the diet of Larisa Dolina, which lasts two weeks, but not in a row, but with a seven-day break in the middle of the course. This approach is ideal for those who would like to quickly lose a large amount of excess weight, while still gaining the skills of preserving the result. The diet of this variation of kefir diet is very similar to the previous one, but there are also some peculiarities:

The food in both "dietary weeks" will be the same, and between them, during the break, it is recommended to eat according to the principles of healthy nutrition - excluding sweet, flour and fat.

1 day: 2 cups (250 g each) 1% kefir, 3 baked potatoes.

Day 2: 2 cups (250 g) 1% kefir, cottage cheese up to 5% fat content (400 g).

Day 3: 2 cups (250 g) 1% kefir, 400 g fruit (except banana, grapes, mangoes).

4 day: 2 cups (250 g) 1% kefir, 400 g boiled chicken breast without skin (with a minimum amount of salt, herbs and spices to taste).

Day 5: 2 cups (250 g) 1% kefir, 400 g fruit (except banana, grapes , mango).

Day 6: 1.5 liters of mineral water without gas (in extreme cases, shake the bottle and release the gas from the soda).

Day 7: 2 cups (250 g) 1% kefir, 400 g fruit (except banana, grapes, mango).
