Ingredients:
- shallots - 55 g;
- the laurel leaf;
- mussels - 860 g;
- thyme branches - 3 pcs .;
- cream - 115 ml;
- a handful of green parsley;
- clove of garlic;
- Butter - 15 g.
Preparation

- spaghetti - 470 g;
- mussels - 1,3 kg;
- garlic - 2 teeth;
- fatty cream - 245 ml;
- white wine - 115 ml;
- handful of sliced basil.
Preparation
Before you cook the mussels in creamy garlic sauce, put the spaghetti to cook. Place the mollusks themselves over a small fire, immediately filling the wine. When the cream starts to boil and begins to thicken, combine the sauce with the pasta and serve the dish, sprinkling with parsley.

Ingredients:
- mussels - 1,8 kg;
- twigs of thyme - 2 pcs .;
- garlic - 2 teeth;
- shallot - 75 g;
- butter - 65 g;
- the laurel leaf;
- white wine (dry) - 235 ml;
- flour - 35 g;
- cream - 320 ml;
- bread crumbs - ½ tbsp.
Preparation
Bind together the leaves of laurel and thyme with a thread. Throw shallot and garlic, put peeled mussels and a fragrant bouquet of herbs to roast. Pour all the wine and leave until the opening of the shells. After, put a piece of butter, sprinkle all the flour, mix well to avoid forming lumps. Pour the cream and grate everything until the cream sauce thickens.
Transfer mussels into the dishes for baking and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Place everything browned under the grill. Serve the finished dish immediately, serving as a casserole or a hot snack.
