We put the frying pan on the fire, pour some vegetable oil, warm it, then reduce the fire and lay out the cake. We prick it in several places with a fork so that it does not swell, and fry from both sides under the closed lid. Then gently shift the yogurt cakes with cheese onto a paper napkin to get rid of excess fat.
