Oven warm up to 180 degrees. Tomatoes are mine, cut in half and spread out over the parchment covered with a baking sheet. We pour the slices with oil, season it with taste and bake for about half an hour.

On a flat plate lay a handful of arugula, on top we place slices of caramelized onions, blue cheese, nuts and baked tomatoes.

Fry beef steaks on the grill until the desired degree of availability, cut them and spread over the salad. Sprinkle the dish with the remaining cheese and sprinkle with a dressing.

Beef steak generously sprinkled with a mix of salt and ground pepper, and then fry on the hot grill for 2 minutes. So that the juices do not leave the meat when cutting, it needs to rest for about 10 minutes.

In the meantime, we manage to take care of vegetables: mine and chop the cucumber, sweet pepper, red onions, avocado , tomatoes and mix them with a salad. We spread the pieces of beef on top and pour it all with mayonnaise with horseradish and lime juice.
