Preparation

In a bowl we sift the wheat flour, add soft butter, sugar powder, egg, sour cream and quickly knead the dough. We distribute it on the bottom of an oiled, demountable baking dish with a diameter of twenty-two centimeters, forming a border about four centimeters high. We make punctures with a fork around the perimeter and place it for twenty or thirty minutes in the refrigerator.

In the meantime, prepare a pouring shade. In a saucepan or saucepan with a thick bottom, pour two hundred milliliters of filtered water, add the juice and lemon peel, sugar, butter, put the container on fire and heat the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. In a separate bowl, we dissolve the cornstarch in the remaining water and bring it to a boiling mass. Next, beat the egg yolks a little, pour half of the hot mixture into them and stir. Now pour the mass back into the pot already with the yolks. Without stopping the stirring, we keep the mixture at the lowest heat until it thickens, then turn off the plate and let it cool down a little at room temperature.

Chilled dough in the form of a sheet of foil cover, pour a glass of pea or beans on it and put on for ten minutes in a heated to 220 degrees oven. After the signal, we take the foil with the croup, and the dough is sent to the oven for another ten minutes to get browned at the same temperature.

While the dough is being baked, whisk egg whites with a pinch of salt to a foam, and then pour in the sugar and continue the whipping procedure until you get persistent peaks.

Next, pour the prepared and slightly cooled pouring on the dough in the form, from above carefully distribute the whipped proteins with the help of the spatula, put the cake in a heated oven to 160 degrees and keep it in this mode for fifteen minutes.

Soft creamy margarine grinded with sugar, add egg, sour cream and sifted wheat flour. We knead the plastic dough, divide it into two parts. One of them is placed in freezing chamber, and the second we distribute in an oiled form, forming sufficiently high skirts.

Lemons are scalded with boiling water, cut into slices, extract bones and grind in the bowl of the blender to the state of mashed potatoes. Add sugar and starch to the lemon mass, mix well and spread it on the dough into a mold.

Slightly frozen dough is taken from the freezer, rubbed on a grater and distributed over the lemon filler. Place the pie shape in a preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake for fifty minutes.
