Do not forget to pour the flour on the table so that the dough does not stick. Each flat cake is rolled thinly, not thicker than 2 mm. The first layer is smeared with melted butter (or margarine), we spread the second layer on top, it is also smeared with oil, and we also apply the third layer. Then all three layers begin to roll neatly into the tube, and when rolled up to the end, you need to twist a little, like a tourniquet, so that the layers between each other are denser connected. The resulting sausage is cut into cakes 2-2.5 cm thick. We spread them on a dosochku and put them in the freezer for 30 minutes.

For the filling of beef, cut into small pieces 1x1 cm in size, chop the onion and fat, mix everything, salt and add spices.

Lubricate the table with vegetable oil and roll each piece of dough into 2 mm thick flat cakes. We spread the filling on the dough on a tablespoon into each cake and tie it with a triangle. We spread the samsa on the baking sheet down with a seam, cover the top with a beaten egg, bake at a temperature of 200 degrees 20 minutes.
