  3. Lunch : pancake with apple;
  4. Snack : 100 grams of yogurt and half-apple;
  5. Dinner : 400 grams of boiled rice, half-banana and apple.

Day # 3:

  1. Breakfast : a slice of black bread and 2 tbsp. spoonful of low-fat cottage cheese.
  2. Snack : smoothie from apple, 150 g of low-fat cottage cheese, and for taste added cinnamon and lemon juice.
  3. Lunch : 100 g fillet with apple sauce.
  4. Snack : apple.
  5. Dinner : a salad of carrots, apples, raisins and a small piece of cheese, and for filling low-fat cream is used.
