- beef liver - 750 g;

- carrots - 445 g;
- onion - 395 g;
- garlic - 3 teeth;

- fresh greens.
Preparation
Preparation of a cake of beef liver is reduced to baking liver pancakes and creating a vegetable filling.
To prepare pancakes, the washed liver is cut into pieces and ground with onion using a meat grinder or blender. We add to the ground a lot of eggs and milk, pour in flour, we savor salt and ground pepper and mix thoroughly. From the liver test obtained in a frying pan with vegetable oil, without a smell, bake pancakes, browning them on both sides with medium-intensity fire, covering the frying pan with a lid.
Simultaneously with pancakes, we prepare the filling. To do this, peeled and melenko chopped onion and grated carrot fry until soft in a griddle with a refined oil. On completion, the filling is cooled and mixed with mayonnaise, peeled and squeezed garlic and a pinch of pepper.

- high quality flour - 80 g;
- onion - 75 g;
- freshly ground pepper;

- champignons - 445 g;
- onion - 295 g;
- "Russian" cheese - 250 g;
- fresh greens - 1 bunch;
- garlic - 3 teeth;
- salt - to taste;
- mayonnaise;
- vegetable oil;
- butter;
- feathers of green onions for decoration - 2-3 pcs.
Preparation
The first step is to prepare the liver pancakes. To do this, twist the liver and onions with sour cream, flour, egg, salt and pepper. Pour a little of the liver dough into a thick-walled frying pan heated with refined oil and brown it under a lid on moderate fire from both sides.
For the filling we pass to softness in a mixture of refined and butter, peeled and quartered with onion, seasoned with a little salt. Then we shift the onion mass into a bowl, and in the pan we lay pre-washed and chopped champignons. Fry them until all the liquid evaporates, and then combine with the fried onions, add salt and pepper to taste and mix.
In a separate bowl, grind the hard cheese, add the peeled and missed garlic
Now we collect the liver cake. We put the first liver pancake on the dish, cover it with mayonnaise, cover it with a small amount of mushroom filling and cover with the second pancake, which is also anointed with mayonnaise and covered with cheese filling. Repeat this way with all the pancakes and stuffing, alternating layers. Then we cover the surface of the entire cake with mayonnaise, sprinkle the sides with grated cheese, and top off with chopped green onions, adorned with fresh greens and mushrooms.
